Well I guess I cannot seem to focus enough to continue posting on this blog but I am going to try again. Maybe if I put a post it note on my computer I will remember to writer something everyday......it will look nice with the other 50 post it notes on my computer :)

So this year is half over and so far we have been to the Nelsonville Music Festival and it was a blast! Our calendar is shaping up to be pretty busy  and I will post more info about shows soon!

Thanks for hanging in there and supporting us blog or no blog !

Knitted things.....

This is the baby sweater I made for my friends who are huge University of Louisville .

Me and my rainbow hat that I knitted. It is so warm and soft....I think it will be on my head all winter!

So I have been very busy knitting many new things for people and for myself. I find myself always knitting for others so I have made up my mind to always have a project on my needles for myself as well as another person. that way I can have pretty things too! I am embracing hats this year so I am sure there will be more to come. Now I just need to take better pictures so that the knitted items look their best!

Way too much....

I am sorry to report that I will no longer be an artist at Starbrick Gallery in Nelsonville, Ohio. Over the past year I have spent more on rent to the gallery then what I took in on my art. This is a problem for me because I have small art and low prices. I am okay with small, in fact I love creating small things and as far as the prices go....I am horrible at selling my things at high cost. It doesn't mean that I am cheap or that my work is cheap. I just feel like everyone should have art they can afford and I want to keep mine affordable. So now I am down to one gallery which is UnionArts Gallery and Performance Space and everyone should come visit for our event on October 19th and 20th for our Zombie Walk and Scabmart fall art sale. Look for these events on Facebook !

Well I can now officially say that I kinda suck at blogging because I could not remember my password and email to get on here to blog! This is a very bad sign and means that I need to get on here and get some things done! There have been so many updates to our art and stories to tell about festivals and shows that I need to be writing down. I need to try to make blogging a therapeutic activity and start practicing what I preach. I cannot post pictures form home because the internet is so slow but I can from work so here is my new concept. Blog for 5 minutes a day just to check in and add something new about what we are doing. I have 5 minutes right? Well maybe 4 minutes but still.....if this is going to work I need to get crackin' and let people know what we are making.
